Who are we?

USER is the Public Mental Healthcare Academic Collaborative Centre of the G4: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht and The Hague. USER is the abbreviation for Urban Social Exclusion Research. USER wants to ensure that welfare agencies’ work becomes more evidence-based and that universities’ work becomes more demand-driven. USER is co-financed by ZonMw, the Netherlands organisation for health research and development, for a period of four years (2010-2013).

USER is an alliance between:
• the Public Health Services of Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam and Utrecht
• the Universities VUMC/InGeest, LUMC, ErasmusMC and UMC St Radboud
